I'm pleased to announce that several of Nan's photographs have just been published!
Eight of her photos are part of a book titled "A Place for Play", which is a companion volume to the PBS documentary "Where Do the Children Play?" The book, like the television program, examines issues around the ways in which free play outdoors is slipping from children's lives in modern society. It was edited by Elizabeth Goodenough, published by The National Institute for Play and distributed by the University of Michigan Press. It is available for purchase from Amazon.
Links, including a direct link to the Amazon listing, are available at
Nan's website.
Best,
Peter
