This message board is hosted and managed in the United States, and therefore falls under the jurisdiction of US Law. One such law is COPPA, the Children's Online Privacy Procection Act of 1998. Among other things, this states that websites cannot collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian. Registering for a user account on these boards involves collecting (limited amounts of) personal information and is therefore subject to this law. As board administrator, I have decided to not allow any registrations by those under the age of 13. I apologize to any young fans who wish to join in the discussion, but I feel this is the best and most reasonable approach to the issue.

Parents take note: Visitors under the age of 13 are still able to read all messages on these boards. Some of Frank Wildhorn's musicals include mature content, and would bear a rating of PG-13. The discussion on these boards may also be considered PG-13. As on other sites, we recommend that you monitor your childrens' online browsing habits.
