He's....interesting... first off he;s not the kind of person I'd go for but I'll keep listening, maybe he'll grow on me :)

Yes, his voice definitely grew on me; he's not the best, but he is, as you said, very interesting, and different. :)

Well, I just viewed a DVD of David's last performance in 2003 - WOW! I'm telling you, he was amazing! His rendition of "Alive" is truly terrifying. He really interacted with the audience, getting down and screaming it into they're faces (I wish I could have been there!) Then he leaps up and creeps up behind Lucy, tucking some money down the front of her dress... she sings a bit of "Dangerous Game" but of course he grows violent and she flees. A lot of the set was this big bridge, and he really utilized it, jumping and climbing around on it.

His performance of "This Is The Moment" was one of the most soaring and powerful I have ever heard... When I was watching him, I knew he really truly meant every word... extremely passionate, and he has a great, powerful voice. I really felt for his character.

The rest of the cast was equally good, and "Bring On The Men" was done fantastically, and also very funny. And the guy that played the Spider really was truly "spider-like" He was wearing lots of jewlery, and crept around not unlike Hyde. Fantastic!

So, I'm telling you, if you have the chance to see David perform, please do so! He's truly fantastic. I was blown away, and am dying to see more of his work. :D

He's different, but his voice is growing on me. I really like him in Dangerous Game.

ashtonu, where did you get a DVD of his performance?

I, too, have viewed David's performance via DVD, (several times, in fact) and couldn't have said it any better, Ashtonu. I think he's wonderful.
