Frank Wildhorn wrote a song for Jill Santoriello's "A Tale of Two Cities" for the PBS Concert / International Studio Cast CD. It's called "Never Say Goodbye," no, NOT from the Japanese show but entirely new, and will be sung by Brandi Burkhardt.

THe concert will be shown on PBS from Thanksgiving, with the DVD and CD on sale by Christmas-ish!

I've added details and some more links related to this to Frank's site (top of the front page). According to the articles, they are looking into touring plans for the show, either in concert form or as a full stage production. There might also be sheet music coming out - no word if this will include Frank's song or not.
