La Jolla Playhouse has now announced the full cast and creative team list for Bonnie & Clyde:

In addition to confirming the names previously announced, Claybourne Elder will be Clyde's brother Buck, and Wayne Duvall will be the Sheriff. The ensemble will include Leslie Becker, Daniel Cooney, Michael Lanning, and San Diego actors Courtney Corey, Michael Covert, Victor Hernandez, Michael Mulligan, Carly Nykanen, Mike Sears and Jessica Watkins.

The creative team includes Tobin Ost as scenic and costume designer, Michael Gilliam as lighting designer, Brian Ronan as sound designer, Aaron Rhyne as projection designer, Shirley Fishman as dramaturg and Paul Smith as production stage manager.

Do we know if rehearsals have begun for this? And will there be any sort of album in the near future? Don Black's website, from memory, said something about it being Broadway-bound but that's not the first time I've seen that term used for a new Frank Wildhorn musical.

I believe rehearsals started in early October for this one, they just didn't do a big press thing with that.

I haven't heard anything about putting together a recording (and note, there wasn't one for Dracula at La Jolla Playhouse).

We'll have to watch and see what happens.
