Her name and video is now missing from the "Wonderland" site and the credit on the Alley Theatre site is Book & Lyrics by Jack Murphy.
?
Indeed I also noticed Phoebe disapeared from the Wonderland site.
Does that mean she's now only in Tears from Heaven ?
Or did she ended her collaboration with Frank or what?
I'm told that Phoebe is still working with Frank on Tears From Heaven. So it looks like she's simply not involved in Wonderland any more now. I'm still trying to confirm that, but since her name was removed from both the Alley site and the Wonderland site, it's a safe bet (for those highly observant among you, yes, I have removed her name from the project on Frank's website as well. If I learn anything different about the situation, I'll post again).
Does this mean Jack has to write a new Book? Or will Phoebe Hwang receive credit for her contributions thus far?

Haha did you see my posting on Broadwayworld that no one responded to!?
Jack is apparently quite the writer or wants to start writing more book-aspects (I had NO idea until rather recently that he had been writing his own music/lyrics/book to not one, but TWO shows). It seemed to me all along that Phoebe has been his almost.. apprentice in writing, but didn't she help contribute to the songs too? I'm guessing she'll get a notice in the credits/playbill/etc. like whoever Amy Powers is to Andrew Lloyd Webber. Look at anything from SUNSET BLVD. Her name is always there - "The writers of the musical wish to thank the STRONG contributions made by AMY POWERS." I blieve that's her name. ALW had asked her to do them, and then something happened? Not sure. I think she's the one who actually wrote "As If We Never Said Goodbye" - suppose it makes sense, Black & Hampton (as most Wildhorn fans know unfortunately!) really aren't that specific or original in their lyrics.
Either that or Murphy did NOT like working with her, or Gregory Boyd. Clearly Frank doesn't have an issue with her. Or maybe working on two projects was too hard. Or maybe Frank felt that Bonnie & Clyde would be best to transfer to Broadway rather than Wonderland and this gives him/them an excuse to prolong it. There are a lot of possibilities...but I'd love an update too!
